• 1 room that can be closed off with curtains -queen futon mattress

• 1 room -pull out double futon with foam mattress to put on top.

• 2 additional single person mattress cushions for the floor

• Internet, no cable but Netflix for movies and TV Shows available for both TVs

• gas fireplace

• 50" flat screen TV  located above fireplace (picture not shown) plus 36" Tv that can be used in bedroom or kids shack

• Kids shack- has table and chairs, bench and tables for kids to play at night, daytime or rainy days.  You can bring out the small TV from the bedroom but return to cottage at night, netflix available. 

• pets welcome but see terms and conditions sheet. 

• no smoking on premise.

• 2 full bathrooms with shower and 1 bathtub.

• outdoor patio furniture Located behind the cottage

• 6 campfire chairs - wood not included.

• Key to tennis court at community centre down the road, 4 tennis rackets available

• 2 adult bikes available

• Volleyball net
